Both. Retrofits are planned to minimise disruption, and on new builds or renovations we coordinate with your builder and electrician so cabling and equipment go in before walls close.
Yes. We assess what is installed, keep what performs well, and integrate new equipment around it where the systems allow.
We repair and maintain existing systems, including fibre splicing and fault-finding, CCTV faults, network issues and gate or intercom problems.
A camera system or a single room can be a day or two. Whole-property automation and commercial fit-outs are scheduled in phases so the property stays usable throughout.
